How do I reset my password if I forgot it?

If you forgot your password and need to reset, follow the below steps:

  1. On the Login page, click on "Request new password"
  2. Enter your account's username or the e-mail address associated with it; click "E-mail new password"
  3. Password reset instructions will be sent to the e-mail address on-file
  4. Click on the link provided in the e-mail message
  5. You'll be taken back to the website, where you'll click on "Log in"
  6. Enter a new password
  7. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "Save"

How to I change my password?

  1. Click on "My Account" menu item
  2. Scroll down to the Password field and enter a new password
  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "Save"

If my Membership has expired, can I still log in to the Fairfax VA H.O.G. Chapter website?

No. A common reason you cannot log in to the Fairfax VA H.O.G. Chapter website is that either your National H.O.G. OR your Fairfax VA H.O.G. Chapter membership has expired. You must keep BOTH memberships current in order to access any MEMBERS ONLY privileged area of the Fairfax VA H.O.G. Chapter website. To check either of these, you can visit HERE for National H.O.G. status and e-mail [email protected] for your Chapter membership status.


I just downloaded the H-D app on my phone but do not see my membership card. How do I fix this?

If your HOG ID is linked to your H-D.com profile it will automatically be populated within the app. This means that you would have to log into H-D.com using the same username and password that you use in the app. Once you login through H-D.com, your membership number, card, and scannable barcode will be populated into your profile on the app.
